1. Introduction
Our Sale & Promotion Policy ensures transparency for all discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns run on our platform. By participating in any promotional offer, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Types of Promotions
We may run multiple types of offers:
- Trade Discounts – Price reductions directly applied to MRP.
- Coupon / Voucher Discounts – Codes applied during checkout to reduce price.
- Buy X Get Y – Offers where free or discounted items are added when you purchase a qualifying product.
- Combo / Bundle Deals – Pre‑defined product bundles offered at a special price.
- Seasonal & Flash Sales – Limited‑time discounts during festivals or special events.
- Payment Bank / Wallet Offers – Extra discounts or cashback when using select payment methods.
3. Eligibility
- Not all products are eligible for every promotion.
- Specific product pages or banners will clearly indicate if an item is part of an offer.
- Some offers may be limited to new users, selected locations, or have minimum order value conditions.
4. Discount Application
- The final price shown on checkout is inclusive of all applied discounts.
- Multiple discounts may be applied sequentially (e.g., trade discount first, then coupon discount).
- In case of partial cancellation or return of items, discounts are reversed proportionately.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling charges may apply on the discounted order as per policy.
5. Returns & Refunds for Discounted Orders
- Refund will be processed based on the final amount paid after applying discounts.
- If a free item was received as part of a 'Buy X Get Y' offer, it must also be returned to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the price of the free item may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cashback, wallet credit, or promotional rewards earned may be reversed in case of return/cancellation.
6. Combining Offers
- Some offers can be combined (e.g. base discount + coupon), but others may be mutually exclusive.
- If an offer cannot be combined with another, the highest discount value will automatically be applied.
- Details will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.
7. First Purchase / Exclusive User Coupons
- Certain coupons may be valid only for first‑time users.
- If an order is cancelled or returned, eligibility may be lost and the coupon cannot be re‑used.
- Some coupons may be restricted to specific categories, payment methods, or user accounts.
8. Wallet / Store Credits & Cashback
- Promotional wallet credits have an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of issue.
- If you return or cancel an order partly or fully, credits used may be refunded (if still valid).
- Cashback offers through partner wallets or banks will follow their respective timelines and terms.
9. Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any offer at any time, without prior notice.
- If an offer is withdrawn while your order is still in cart but not paid, it may no longer be applicable.
10. Disputes & Contact
In case of disputes regarding the application of a promotion, our decision will be final. You can contact our customer support for clarification with your order ID.
